Road trip day 14

Another few states and we'll be so close to home. We saw a lot of nothing for so long.  It was field after field.

We did however find the best McD's food somewhere along the freeway for lunch. We could tell we started to get tired of traveling. We stopped a lot of fast food places for treats. Fries, ice cream, Mc Flurry's, drinks and so much more.
Jason had a grin when he saw mountains. I personally don't really notice them at all.

The Rocky Mountains...awesome and so was going thru the Einsenhower tunnel. The elevation was crazy!

So much snow! We arrived at the Colorado Eckardt's home for the night early enough to hang out and visit and have bbq Papa Murphy's pizza for dinner (a first for us). Plus an extra bonus for dessert, a Smores pizza. The rest of the night we spent relaxing and hanging out with family. It was nice to be sleeping in a familiar place and be so close to home.
The Uncles are getting so big! Kyler snuck upstairs to hang out with the older kids right before bedtime. He was so happy and full of energy. The kids loved spending time together.
