A Night Out

A few of my friends and I went to the premiere of Breaking Dawn a few nights ago. It was a 'FUN' much needed girls night out. I'm not around during the day much so any chance I have a little bit of spare time I like to see my girlfriends and do something fun! We went out for Sushi before the movie and dessert after the movie. A fun night with old friends and new friends! And of course it wouldn't be a party without a picture taken.

Halloween 2012

We had a very low effort Halloween this year. Korbin wanted to be a Ninja again and Maddie was Cleopatra. Easy! It was a nice night to go trick-or-treating, in the 70's. Things worked out and Korbin hung out with a few friends and went trick-or-treating around our neighborhood. I have a feeling this was his last year. It makes me sad in a way but I have a plan on how to keep him around and entertained next year!

Madison and I hung out with my friends Wendy and Malinda and all the girls. We covered a lot of neighborhoods. Jason had class (bummer) and then after class went home to pass out candy. Together the kids had A LOT of good candy!

Music and The Spoken Word

During the first week of September we took the kids to Music and The Spoken Word at Temple Square and then to brunch afterwards. Jason and I liked it a lot. The kids told us they liked it but the expressions on their faces told us they were glad it was over. We knew a little bit of the music. The sound was amazing! We'll have to make another trip soon but maybe without the kids for a little bit.
