Bikes

Jason and I got our bikes yesterday!  We are now proud owners of TREK bikes. We went on our first bike ride right after dinner.  We didn't want to take them on the canal road because we didn't want them to get dirty & have flat tires to deal with later so instead we headed towards Mt. View park and the playground at Bates.  The kids did great!  We found dessert along the way.  We ate yummy grapes from the Cassity's backyard. We had a great time until we started coming back home and Maddie somehow started to breakout with hives .  It wasn't too serious but still unpleasant to take care off.  As soon as we got home she went straight to the bathtub.  She was itchy and red all over. We gave her a little allergy medicine and she was fast asleep 10 minutes later and was out for the rest of the night.  She's ok today and ready for another trip to pick grapes!

We now have matching bikes! Each bike came in three piece and Jason put them together really fast. 

Some TREK trivia... Did you know that Lance Armstrong uses a TREK bike.

Neither did we until we looked at our owners manual.
